Eubanks Teacher Recognized for Recycling Program

Carroll ISD Teacher Kathy Sparks was recently featured on WFAA-TV for her recycling program at Eubanks Intermediate School. Sparks won the station’s “Eco-Educator Award” after she was nominated by a student, Chloe Monroe.
