First Responders Honored

The Southlake Department of Public Safety is honored to have recently been recognized during Southlake Baptist Church’s First Responder Appreciation Day.  It is very humbling for Firefighters and Police Officers to be recognized for the work that they do every day as public servants and we are grateful to Pastor Clayton Reed, his staff and members of Southlake Baptist Church for their continuous support to Southlake’s Department of Public Safety.
Southlake Firefighter Jason Wise and Police Officer Allen Smith received special honors at the third annual First Responders Day for their leadership and service to the community. Each of the honorees was presented with a plaque from Pastor Reed. Matt Jack of Congressman’s Kenny Marchant’s office also presented each honoree with a U.S. flag that has been flown over the U.S. Capitol.
