Dragon Tennis Team Falls In Region Semis

The Carroll Dragon tennis team had a successful fall season that ended last weekend in the Class 5A Region I tournament in Lubbock. The Dragons defeated San Angelo Central in the first round and Mansfield in the quarterfinals. Top-seed El Paso Coronado defeated Carroll in the Region I Semifinals, 10-5. The Dragons finished the fall team season with an overall 16-5 record and earned the District 4-5A championship.
