Dragon Senior Selected for All-Star Game

Carroll senior Joe Heineman was selected to play in the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Game this summer.

Carroll Dragon senior shortstop/pitcher Joe Heineman will play an extra game representing his team later this summer.

Heineman has been selected to play in the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Game at Round Rock’s Dell Diamond. Heineman, a University of Arkansas-Little Rock signee, has been the Dragons starting shortstop and pitcher the past two seasons. He earned the save in last week’s bi-district playoff against Paschal.

Heineman is 8-1 with an 0.69 ERA.
