S. Carroll Avenue Road Construction continues with Phase II

Proposed traffic plan for S. Carroll Avenue Phase II

The roadway construction at the Park Village development, located at the corner of S, Carroll Avenue and Southlake Boulevard (FM 1709), will be moving to Phase II beginning next week.

Phase II will involve median improvements on S. Carroll Avenue across from the Park Village development.  To help traffic flow through the construction area, motorists will be routed to the newly finished section of road built during the Phase I construction.

Crews will be working on the center median, so please use caution when traveling through the construction zone. Phase II construction is expected to last through the end of the month (weather permitting).
