Carroll ISD Announces Early Dismissal Friday, Feb. 27

Carroll ISD is dismissing early today as the snow accumulates on roadways in our surrounding area. The schedule is as follows:

11 a.m. – Teen drivers released and Senior High/High School Buses

11:30 a.m. – Intermediate/Middle School Buses

11:30 a.m.  – Preschool Parent Pick Up

12:10 p.m. – Elementary and Preschool Bus Routes

This plan allows older siblings and teen drivers to get home before elementary bus riders. Parents encouraged to wait until after buses leave campuses to pick up car riders; this will help with traffic flow and bus route schedules.

Bus drivers will wait until students get inside before pulling away from stops. Students who cannot get inside will get back on the bus and be safely transported back to schools until adult parents or guardians are contacted. Employees will not leave students unattended and will remain at their posts and on-site until all students are safety transported or picked up. Lunches being provided to students who remain on site as needed.
