Hoops Update: Lady Dragons Clinch District Title

The Carroll Lady Dragon basketball team clinched the District 7-6A title last Friday with a 32-30 victory at Trinity. The Lady Dragons are 16-4 overall and 11-0 in district play.

Carroll ends the regular season Tuesday at home vs. Colleyville Heritage at 6:30 p.m. Dragon sponsors Complete Care Southlake and United Specialty Advertising will have free promotional items for fans at the game.

The Dragon basketball team fell last Friday to Trinity dropping their district record to 4-5. Carroll is currently in fifth place in 7-6A and hosts a key matchup with Colleyville Heritage at home Tuesday at 8 p.m. Colleyville Heritage is 5-4 in district.
